Ensuring that your shipments arrive in the U.S. on Amazon-approved pallets doesn’t just save you money on re-palletization but also ensures that your inventory is stored on safer and sturdier 4-way pallets. Pallets that are not amazon approved are usually made out of plastic or fewer wooden boards making them unsafe to use in warehouses because of the high risk of them breaking.
At River Source Logistics we re-palletize all inventory that arrives on non-amazon approved pallets to ensure safety for our team and to ensure your inventory is ready to be shipped to FBA.
Amazon Approved Pallets: What are the Amazon Pallet Requirements
You can save money on ensuring that your inventory arrives at our warehouse already palletized on amazon approved. By doing so you will avoid the following:
- Avoid the $15 per foot Unloading fee. When items arrive floor-loaded you are paying for unloading, the easiest way to avoid this fee is to ensure your items arrive palletized on Amazon-approved pallets.
- Avoid a $15 per pallet repalletization fee by ensuring your inventory is palletized on approved pallets at your supplier.
- When your items arrive on Amazon-approved pallets we credit your account meaning no pallet charges on your outbound order.
